OK, today I managed to create two additional CrossOver wrappers for you to work with.

• The first one is based on CX Games 7.1.1:
I noticed that Birth of the Federation had some serious performance issues in CrossOver 7.2.
I figured out that CX Games 7.1.1 works better with this particular game – improving performance drastically. I don’t know if there are more games affected by this issue, but just to be on the safe side I decided to create a wrapper from this CX version.
You can use it if you encounter performance issues with older games that use 2D based graphics like BOTF does.

• the second wrapper is based on the new CrossOver Pro 8.0 version.
some people claimed that a few games would work better with this build.
I was able to successfully test ports of Red Faction 2, Star Wars Racer and Rayman 3 Hoodlum Havoc with this wrapper.
I encourage you to test your own games with it and post your results in the corresponding forum thread that I’m about to make.
