Screenshots
Transformers: War for Cybertron is set on the planet Cybertron, prior to the Transformers' contact with the planet Earth. Robotic in nature, each Transformer has the ability to transform from their robot mode to an alternate form, such as a tank or jet. The Transformers are engaged in Civil war with one another. A group of like-minded Transformers form a splinter group separate from the main faction. Known as Decepticons, they follow Megatron, their powerful and ruthless leader. The main faction, known as the Autobots, follow the command of Zeta Prime. Zeta Prime is killed, leaving behind an inexperienced leader, Optimus, who must lead the Autobot forces to prevent Megatron from corrupting the planet, itself a Transformer, with Dark Energon. The Decepticon story is told in the first five chapters of the game, with the Autobot story directly following it. Players may choose to start either campaign first regardless of chronological order.

A moment of patience.
Is this your first port? I didn't try it myself but I'm glad it worked.

And now my second port is that I upload here!
Cool stuff, thanks for the share!
Link is Up.....

Work on a smaller Wrapper.
New Wrapper 60% smaller,
But the mouse is still flawed.
Well, I got mine to work although I had to tweak some settings first.

I run a triple screen setup and TWFC kept crashing when starting. So i disconnected two monitors and then it stopped crashing and "worked." At first the video was in black and white and the voice was in German, I think. So I messed with the registry in the wrapper and changed that to English (just left the language setting blank). That took care of the language, but I still have black and white video. In game, the colors are fine and it runs really good on my MacPro Quad 2.93Ghz. The mouse glitch that is talked about at the top, I guess, would be where you can view left or right but can't do a complete 180. I transformed in the vehicle and pressed Shift to kinda get around that. All in all, very playable.

So, now I was hoping one of the more experienced porters could take a look and see about getting the colors in the videos correctly then I think it would be okay. I'm willing to make changes that are suggested to see if they work. I'm guessing there is a PAL setting I'm not seeing.
The black and white with the videos I still can not find! PAL / NTSC?
Possibility would be ne!

The default language was German, because I come from Germany!
Most, however, find a way to deliver again in English or another language!

With the mouse-well you can live with, but would be better if it could turn better!
In Regedit for other language:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/ACTIVISION/TRANSFROMERSWFC

for app folder:
EXEString change / C:\Program Files\Activision\Transformers - Kampf um Cybertron\Binaries\TWFC.exe (GERMAN)
                               C:\Program Files\Activision\Transformers - War for  Cybertron\Binaries\TWFC.exe (ENGLISH)
...
for language:
LanguageCode change / DEU to BLANK for default
Localization change / DEU to BLANK for default
I'm assuming that the "mouse issues" you're talking about are related to the player not being able to turn 360°.

According to the new rating system which you can find in the global Forum Topics, ports with this error must now be labeled as Orange and posted in the Work in Progress section of the forum.

I'm moving the post there for now.
If I'm wrong and the issue is something less severe please contact me so I can correct this.
To fix the mouse, try running mwo=force in winetricks.

If you want, I could probably build a custom wineskin engine for you which could potentially fix the mouse bug if the above doesn't work.

It would be a WS3 1.2-RC7 engine.

Although, I dont have the game myself, so i cant really help much more than that.

Danko, check this out: http://portingteam.c...edirect.php?htt ... gi?id=6971

Its the most reported ive seen..

------------------------

EDIT:
You can get the custom engine here if you want to try it:
i try to fix this whit mwo=force

@ doc thx for change port status
hmm

i hav to old winetricks 20091015 only cxwinetricks
mwo does not exisit

how to install?
i hav the new winetricks script 20100618 and now.........
After posting in a few places, CXZ oesnt have most of the overrides you see in the Wineskin winetricks.

CXZ doesnt seem to have mwo=[whatever] or any audio or video overrides to make life easier...
