Game Description:
Duels of the Planeswalkers 2012 is part of the Magic: The Gathering 2012 product line, which also includes the Magic: The Gathering 2012 core set. It will be released on Xbox LIVE® Arcade, PC via Steam®, and PlayStation® Network in summer of 2011 (oh, and Mac OSX as well
).
Building on the success of the original Duels of the Planeswalkers, Duels of the Planeswalkers 2012 will introduce all new game modes, Planeswalker opponents, decks, puzzle challenges and other exciting new features including a new-to-digital multiplayer game mode called Archenemy where players gather up to two allies and team up against the AI.
Personal Notes:
If you have the steam version you can install steam in the wrapper via winetricks but it is easier to apply the SKiDROW crack.
Full graphics and AA works fine with this one.
Minimum System Requirements:
-OS: Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard / Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard / Mac OS X 10.7 Lion
- CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo Processor
- RAM: 2048 MB
- Video: nVidia 8xxx Series or AMD 4xxx Series Video Card recommended
- 979.30MB Hard Drive Space required
Known Issues:
- Random crashes, wait for an updated version of this wrapper
Installation:
- drag and drop installation folder from Program Files or install using wineskin installer.
- DO NOT Install DirectX, or the VC Redistributable at the end of the installation, as it will result in very slow framerates.
- Install SKiDROW crack, or steam via winetricks if you prefer it.

I've installed it with this method
Extracted the .iso SKIDROW game with "The Unarchiver" app and then used the "Install Windows Software" Wineskin button
Selected the setup.exe file and italian language and installed SKIDROW crack

Despite random crashs when restart duels it's still a great port, thanks!

And second, speaking as a complete and utter noob, I've bought 'Magic: The Gathering 2012 Duel of the Planeswalkers' on steam, with it's expansion.

The game crash sometimes but it's rare.
My biggest problem is sometimes the game just take very long time for an action. There is no lag, just the game seems to be in pause... For example if I want to play a instant card, it mention me "the game is busy". But the animations works, I still can zoom on the cards etc...
I'm on MB Pro 2010, i7 2,66 GHz, 4Go ram, Nvidia GF GT 330M 512Mb, Mac os Lion 10.7.3

Same problem on 10.7.3 2010 MBP here. Steam Version. Game is responsive, but "hangs" while switching phases. Takes up to a few minutes to continue.

No idea how to apply this. Tired "disable al CPUs exept 1" in the wineskin options, didn't help.

Could anybody tell me how to install this game with the wrapper through wineskin? I had no problems with other games and softwares but this doesn't open. At the moment I installed steam for windows through wineskin and from there I downloaded the game. Now I launch steam via wineskin and then I play without problems but it crashes often and my macbook air "burns". can anybody help with this wrapper please?

I just purchased Duels on Steam, but have no idea how to install it. I had several ports installed via Wineskin installer, there I had setup.exe file which i installed...
But with steam, I don't know what to do :-( Any fast guide what to do with Steam version on Mac would make my life happier. Thanks a lot

"Steam Error. Application load error 5:0000065463" then game crashes. What should I do?
Edit 2: I applied SKIDROW crack, I can run the game but when I want to play vs. Koth, 1st game, I can't choose any deck because I don't see any decks there to choose from :-( Also I can't go online games...please help me run at least campaign :-(
