Personal Notes:
The update. It's here. Go play.
It works pretty well but may have glitches at times.
It's a whopping 20++ GB.

I hope you enjoy this port. Really. It's come such a long way :']

Don't forget to rate the game if it works!

PAST NOTES (Unimportant and only for reference)

Spoiler

My System Specs:
OS: Mac OS X 10.9.1 Mavericks
CPU: 2.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
RAM: 4GB
Video: nVidia GeForce 320M
Disk Space: 25 GB

Known Issues:
May lag.

Installation:
Extract the downloaded file via the use of 7zX.
Just head on over to http://www.dcuniverseonline.com/ and set up an account. Verify whatever is needed, and have it ready and usable.
Ensure that your Gatekeeper allows you to run applications from unidentified developers.
Alternatively, right click the wrapper, then click Open. Keep this step in mind.
Open the wrapper. It'll start up and ask for your Station Name, etc. That's taken care of when you register an account at DCUO.
Then the wrapper will begin to download the files.
Depending on your internet speed, that can take a while.
Once it's finished, just click Play.
The game will start soon after.
When a window is created and minimized, leave it. Don't go and click it and expand it. The windows will then close, and the game will launch.
Enjoy. :D

What's New in Version 3.0 (See full changelog)

You could try to use mono instead of dot net. It does work sometimes

Why do you not pay attention and read?

I hadn't been working on my version since i didn't have the time. SouthTuna used my original wrapper and fixed it, so this is the super working version compared to the errors mine had (which i was not aware of)
ass i supposed, Cracking Noise, Black Screen!

I also have give a try and installed Mono, with no luck!

Erh, yeah, I noticed. That was why I did all the other stuff and reuploaded it and also talked about Jman3350.
:/ You have to pay more attention, not just see the title, go to the comments and:
"It's already uploaded ararararahahahwhawearawr"
Tested it duly on this port.

Whoa, you downloaded the entire game already? Kewl.

So I assume you're starting the game now after the launcher. You click the "Play" button, but you encounter that crackling sound and black screen.
That crackling sound is normal, I think I experience it 90% of the time when starting the game. It's a 1 second burst, right?

So... the black screen. How long is it?

Have you seen the video? It takes rather long to start.

That's... you're running on Lion, right?
And I assume that's 31 GB (Haha, but as long as you have enough space to fully install the game it doesn't matter. Unless it's your internal hard drive)

I have about 400 MB left on my external hard drive (the game is there) and I can still run it.

Maybe they can help.
Question: is there a any Wrapper Outthere with Framework 3.5?

Question: is there a any Wrapper Outthere with Framework 3.5?

Wrappers don't just come with .NET 3.5, they have to be installed for every wrapper via winetricks.
Unless you downloaded a special wrapper, of course.

But .NET doesn't seem to be a crucial factor in playing this game.
Question: Why i'm not able to install Framework 3.5 on any wrapper via winetricks?

lisapower, on 19 March 2012 - 02:48 AM, said:

.NET 3.5 is not stable in Wine. It's bugged.
Wine doesn't fully support the framework.
Those who have tried playing the game, please comment with your specs and if it works or not. Thank you.
