Download this App Universal Extractor 1.6.1

* * * * - 3 Votes Please vote for the Quality of this Port / Wrapper, not for the Game or Application!

Universal Extractor is a program designed to decompress and extract files from any type of archive or installer, such as ZIP or RAR files, self-extracting EXE files, application installers, etc. It's able to support around 50 varied file formats by utilizing an array of backend utilities.

Personal Notes:
While there are a host of native extraction utilities, I have found this piece of software invaluable in extracting the contents of stubborn Windows installer/patch files (*.msp files).

For more information on Universal Extractor, how it works, and the backends it utilizes, visit:

Download, unzip, and run the app. As Universal Extractor is freeware, I've included it in the wrapper (no further installation needed). To access files within the app (or to move files in and out for extraction), right click on the app and select "Show Package Contents." Double click on the yellow alias entitled "Universal Extractor Folder" to access the program folder.
