If this port works well, please leave a rating!

  • Chrome or Firefox must be used to correctly download from Mega.co.nz!
  • Use 7zX to extract the .dmg file. Open the DMG and drag the wrapper to your desktop.
  • If you are new to porting/using wrappers, please visit this page: http://portingteam.c...-downloaded-it/
  • IF YOU ARE AN AMD USER THAT USES OSX Lion 10.7.5: You will probably (most likely) experience severe lag. Please try and upgrade to 10.8.3 since wine does not function well with AMD GPUs and 10.7.5..
Neverwinter is an upcoming Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) for the Microsoft Windows platform in development by Cryptic Studios. It is scheduled for an early 2013 release as of August 2011. Based in the fictional Forgotten Realms city of Neverwinter, the game was originally scheduled to be released as a crossmedia event coinciding with the release of a series of four books by fantasy author R.A. Salvatore and a tabletop game from Wizards of the Coast. Announced on August 23, 2010, Neverwinter is a standalone game and not part of the previous Neverwinter Nights series. The game is scheduled to run closed beta testing from February 8, 2013 to April 14, 2013. Open beta began on April 30, 2013.

Which download method are you using? I had to spend 2.5 hours downloading the PC installer yesterday... it was horrible since the download speed was limited to 400kb/s. Thats why I uploaded the pre-installed version too
I might have messed up

Yeah, mega can be a little temperamental. Try downloading with an app called 'jdownloader'.
It seems like it wasn't downloading overnight, because I check back now and its at 36%
Hi,

The game is very slow and laggy on my iMac with AMD graphic card even with all low settings.

The Foundry editor seems to work fine and reactive. But when you run the test in-game, the game is still slow and laggy.

My iMac spec :
iMac 27' mid 2011 Intel Core i5 2,7 GHz
AMD Radeon HD 6770M 512 MB
Mac OS X.7.5 Lion
I'm on the game: Neverwinter D&D Loading...

But nothing happens, i can't go after the loading screen ( After Cryptic screen )

Graphical: ATI Radeon HD 4670 256 MB

it happened to me too, but after restart it was ok. Try also set windowed mode in the launcher.
@ DixxyDix : The loading screen is very, very long. You have to wait a few minutes. But the next lauches are quicker.
That's work but the game is lagging a lot...
I got neverwinter to load up, but then when I exit, it just restarts and says no executable, so I have to install it every time I want to play.

I don't think your card is suitable enough for gaming on high settings/full resolution in this game. You need to lower graphics settings and/or resolution when playing.

I mentioned this issue in the 'Known Issues' bit above.
Fist time you start the game, it will take around 4 minutes to load, this is just the game connecting to the server for the first time. Next time you launch the game, it will load much faster.
Your card does not have enough VRAM (minimum requirements is 512mb vram), so when you play, make sure you play at lowered graphics settings or resolution :)

Again, make sure you change your graphics settings so that you get better performance. Try lowering resolution too.

I tried lower resolution and graphics settings too, the loweeeer but that don't work...

Then its probably because you have an AMD GPU. Are you using OSX 10.8.3? Try upgrading to that, may increase performance
