Download Wrapper Mafia 2 v1.1 Not Lion Compatable

1.) Download wineskin winery for doh's website

2.) Run wineskin winery and do any updates if necessary (updates will be shown in the bottom right corner)

3.) after any updates have been completed open wineskin winery if it is not already open

4.) locate the plus button just above the update window and press it

5.) a new window should have appeared showing the newest engine version just below the "Available Engines..." title. other engines can be selected from the drop down panel but is not needed

6.) press the flashing download and install button. click ok when prompted

7.) now that the engine has downloaded select the engine from the engine selection pane in the top right corner and then click the "Create New Blank Wrapper" button just below the wineskin logo (HINT: by clicking the wineskin logo it will open your default web browser and open doh's website)

8.) another new window should have open asking you to name the wrapper. You can name it whatever you like and click ok.

9.) a windows will ask you to install gecko...gecko is not needed for the installation for mafia 2 so you can click cancel

10.) another window has popped up asking you to ether click "Ok" or "View Wrapper in Finder"...click the view wrapper in finder button

11.) a finder window should have showed up with the new wrapper you have created...drag it to your desktop for easy access as we are going to be deleting it after

12.) right click (option + click) the wrapper you just and select "show package contents". double click the wineskin app and select "install windows software"...a window should have popped up...this where you select the mafia 2 setup.exe from ether the mounted disk (iso), inserted disk, whatever

13.) go through the step up of mafia 2 as you would any other game installation on windows...if mafia 2 asks you to install physx and directx make sure you select both

14.) now that the installation is done locate the "drive_c/ program files/" and drag the 2k games to your desktop

15.) drag my mafia 2 wrapper to your desktop and delete the wrapper you installed mafia 2 into as we don't need it anymore...right click my mafia 2 wrapper and click "show package contents" again and locate "drive_c/program files" and drop the 2k games folder in the program files

16.) we now have 2 options ether:
-install a skidrow update for the game
-or just simply move the no cd crack into the game folder and play

if you picked update with a skidrow release skip to step 18...if not move to step 17

17.) if your wondering where to move the no cd crack to it in "2k games/mafia II/pc"...now that the no cd crack is in place you can play the game

18.) to install a skidrow update for mafia 2 use the cxinstaller to install the skidrow update and move the no cd crack into "2k games/mafia II/pc"...now that the no cd crack is in place you can play the game
