where the hell is a link to this the Tracker?
I can't find one.
the 'c=1' is probably a category that got deleted, because c=2, c=3 and c=4 are the CXZ, Cider and Wineskin subsections.

I can still see it

I don't know how i originally came across the link in the first place.

It also makes all the fonts slightly larger.

Anyway, not a big deal.

Yes, i can see it, too, but i don't know where on the Forum/Bugtracker a link to this error-page is.

With the larger fonts, this is usually the Forum-Bot interface. Weird to get it here.

It's just a debug message basically stating that it couldn't retrieve anything for that value on that variable "c=1". Aka the category doesn't exist! It's nothing major, only a debug message because I enabled the debug options in the forum configuration when I first set it up. So... no worries! You can pretend like that error doesn't exist! :)

I am removing the Bug Tracker.
A couple of new (ruthless Bots) Search Engines are causing havoc with some code of the Bug Tracker, error messages popped up all over the Forum.
An i can't single these Bots from the Botpackage out.
Well, that's what you get if you're messing with alpha software...

I can't get the bug tracker code completely out of the system, so i'm leaving it online, but with no direct links to it so that the Bots can't find it anymore.

The Bug Tracker wasn't used anyways, so no big loss there.

Try disabling access to any of the bug tracker scripts/links via the robots.txt . That should stop search engines from trying to open it if they somehow do manage to get a link.

If somebody posts a link to it in a Topic, too, then the problem still persists.
That's why i had to remove all links from the topics and from the main page.

That's the beauty of the robots.txt. Even if there are direct links to it that the bots can find, legitimate bots will read the robots file first and follow the rules in there above all else. So if it states
Disallow: tracker.php
for example, the bots won't open the link.

remember the thing about the 'ruthless Bots' i said earlier?
Yeah these things don't seem to bother with the robots.txt file.
One in a while we get some chinese (i think) Bots there that spider around for email addresses and chatlinks, some others don't seem to bother with permissions or the robots file.

Tracker was behaving weirdly anyway, so one less weak link improves overall stability :P

Ah yes I forgot about those bots. Depending on how much access you have on your server and the apache configuration, theorhetically you could use a .htaccess file to deny access to the site to any users with the matching useragent, or IP. That's the most common way of controlling that "pest".

I saw it again.
This time on the index page. Its not really a problem because after a page refresh, it was gone. But thought it would be good to tell.

"user_id";s:5:"29579";s:9:"user_type";s:1:"0";s:8:"username";s:13:"Ὀρφεύς";s:11:"user_colour";s:6:"B9B9B9";}}'); ?>[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /includes/functions.php on line 3879: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /cache/data_active_users.php:9)
[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /includes/functions.php on line 3881: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /cache/data_active_users.php:9)
[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /includes/functions.php on line 3882: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /cache/data_active_users.php:9)
[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /includes/functions.php on line 3883: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /cache/data_active_users.php:9)

Spoiler

Once again, it made the fonts bigger aswell.

This happens when the database is getting choked by the server packet per sec limitation.

Korich and me cleaned out the database, the chatlog from the Demon Chat seemed to really clog the pipes.

Forum should be blazing fast again, too.
