It looks like we can set whatever title we want, allowing pretty much anyone to become an Advanced Porter

It took me a while to figure this out, as I couldn't find that setting anywhere on my profile.
It looks like it's currently set to allow members to change their title only if they have at least 500 posts.

As it currently is, everybody can change their title once they reach 500 posts.
I don't know about bringing back the Porter group back, yet.
Adding this Title to a member was a manual step and was often overlooked for new Porters.
I think the best way to handle this would be leaving the 500 posts & get your custom title; and making a custom Page with IP.Content where everybody is listed, once they have submitted one port.
Similar to the Members Tab above, but only with People who have submitted a Port into the Port Database.
