Ok, thanks for reporting.
There are still some holes in the Group permissions.
Sometimes the Users themselves help me find them ;)
Will change this later today.

I just went through the forum with a regular user account to check if there were other places where I can post.

This is what I found:
Port Graveyard http://portingteam.c...-port-requests/ (users don't need to be able to create new topics there, do they?)
Amiga Emulation http://portingteam.c...miga-emulation/ (I guess this should be just a 'container' category)
Amiga Emulation -> Game Ports http://portingteam.c...119-game-ports/ (same as above, until we move all of it to the port database anyways)

Port Graveyard and Amiga sections will get killed anyway, because the content from them will be transferred over to the Port Database.
Last time i checked, most Amiga Ports were down however.
