If you see an error at any point stating something like connection refused or cannot resolve, but don’t worry, I will have to reconfigure our dns servers as soon as I find out, and I will try to keep the downtime to a minimum! I will warn you once I receive the notice  that my server is about to get transferred, and I will email all forum members once that has been completed.

This is the message from our providers:

We have been conducting investigations into our recent issues with our first VPS Node, it would appear that the software installed on this node requires fully reloading. As a result of this all accounts on the node would be lost however we would like to inform you that over the next month we plan on moving your account to a new VPS Node, The transfer should take no longer than three days and you will be informed with notice when we are ready to begin transfering your VPS.

How this will effect you:
Your IP Addresses will all need to be changed, Unfortunatly the IP’s you currently have are on a different network and are non transferable.

You will experience a few short periods of downtime during the move.

Your VPS will be alot more reliable and your service will be guaranteed uptime again on the new VPS Node

Hopefully everything will go smoothly, and I have a full backup just in case they do something wrong!
