Hello Everyone.

There are two new Sections up and running in the Forums:

First one is called the 'Newbie FAQ'.
It's located in the 'Site Updates and Announcements' Forum, which is easily viewable from the main Forum Page.

This section will be the starting point for new members, since it will contain some easy to understand Articles that tell people about what we do here and a few beginner Articles about what requirements some Ports need.

Every new member will get pointed out via a welcome PM to the Newbie Section, and the Articles in there are still a good read for everybody else.

There should be a few things in there that some experienced Porters don't know as well.

New Tutorials and Articles should pop up once in a while from other Team Members.
But if somebody wants to write a Beginner Article as well, feel free to post them here.

The second Section that's online is the new 'Native Gaming Discussions' Section, located in the Discussions Forum.

Mac gaming has been very stagnant until now, but Valve and Company plan to change that with their upcoming mac Steam release.

The Subsections for the Native Gaming Forum are currently divided into:
Steam Games, Blizzard Games, EA Games, Independent Games, PPC Games, iPhone/iPod Games, Flash Games
(since no one made a better suggestion for it.)

you can combine steam, blizzard and independant into a single subforum called 'Intel' and automatically send EA to the cider forum.

But i like the rest.

Steam should kick some serious ass in the near future, so that's why we split them up.
I wasn't sure about the EA section, because there are many big Companies out here that make mac Games (like Feral)

Good point with Steam. It would be awesome...

Well, as EA is still doing cider ports and i don't think that is going to change any time soon, maybe it could be called 'Other Big Companies'

Forget i said that. They are fine how they are :D
