As a matter of fact, i anticipated a little downtime when i implemented the torrage button system, and i have built in a little failsafe from the beginning.
As an example i'll take DankoB's F.E.A.R. 2 torrent which was implemented via the torrage button:

As you notice the main torrage link is currently unavailable because torrage is down, but look at the torrent hash key line beneath it.
People wondered what the hash key line was good for and now you have an example here.
Torrent search engines all over the Internet snoop out torrents on trackers (even semi-private ones like Demonoid) and get those torrents via the hash key, so you can still automatically search via the blue hash-key (google link) for the torrent.
Also you can see how many people list your torrent elsewhere.
But with torrage being down for so long i implemented another torrent linking system, which is a clone of torrage: zoink.it
zoink.it works exactly like torrage, and you can use the [ DownloadZoinkIT ] button to post links.
As for the currently lost torrents, 99% of them came from Demonoid anyway, so we can link to them again via ZoinkIT.
As for the few wondering why we do the linking via a third party site to torrents; it's simple, legality purposes.
torrage and ZoinkIT provide an additional layer of security with the hash-key-name-only way.
An example of a ZoinkIT torrent:
