Can't port SQL

Hello.
Can anyone help me with porting an accounting program?!
This program need to use SQL Server.. but it doesn't work! =(

So..
with program should to start the next applications:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\Binn\sqlmangr.exe" /n
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\Binn\scm.exe" -Action 1 -Silent 1 -Server 096F -Service MSSQLServer

And it must be working like that:

Too many dependencies not addressed by Wine to run perfectly, try VMWare, Parallels or Virtual Box instead.

I'm sorry... I really have no idea, but getting a SQL server to run right in the background will probably be very difficult to do... and doubt will work right with any stock build of Wine.

Yes, i'm using this program by Parallels.. but i'll be more happier if i'll use porting one)
