This is my first port, I have fully installed Star Wars KotOR II on a Early 2011 MBP with a Core i5, 8 gigs of RAM, and Intel HD Graphics 3000. It will load, but all I can see is the mouse. I can hear the game, and hear the mouse go over options, but all i see is a black screen with a mouse.

I'm assuming you're using the wineskin wrapper? Try the cider. I had the same problem with Skyrim.
