To help though, we'd need to know what specific ports your talking about... if its Wineskin you'd need both the X11 and Wine log.

if you've rebooted and it still happens.. I'd say get the Wineskin 2.5.5 beta and try that out... and if its having the same issues, try the option in it to use XQuartz instead and see what happens.
Also would be nice to know what Wineskin messages are coming up in the Console.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Ubisoft Technical Support for Splinter Cell: Conviction.
To answer this email, use the link above. Do not respond to this e-mail fromyour mailbox,
and do not create a new incident.
If you are connected to a WiFi or other public networks, this is not secure enough and you can not access our servers.
If your connection is secure and private home, the problem may be yourconfiguration.
1. Check that the game and the Ubisoft Game Launcher are not blocked byyour firewall.
2. The hosts file can also block access to our servers. You can delete the hosts file like this:
1 - Open the Finder
2 - Click Cmd + Shift + G
3 - Enter the new window / private / etc
4 - Copy the hosts file on the desktop
5 - Delete the HOSTS file of folder "etc"
6 - If the game starts, delete the Hosts file on your desktop.
(If you have a Mac Lion, then it will proceed as follows:
1 - Click on the Finder
2 - Press Shift + Cmd + G
3 - In the new window enter / private / etc
4 - delete the hosts file
If you have the same problem than me don't delete the HOST file, take always an copy!!!!!!!!!
