Dear Hi - Rez Studios,
Your Tribes Ascend Game is a great achievement in Free to Play MMO FPS games. The games you have developed have gained 500,000 followers, Players , and fans. The reason for this letter is notify you about the currently active Tribes : Ascend Mac OSX Port , Currently a work in progress. The Project aims to use the Wine Project (Open Source : LGPL) and configure it to run the games using various fixes and patches. The project has already received a large positive response from the community and we also have made a fair amount of progress on the port. Seeing this success , we would like you to consider a place in this project , since this game is property of your studio. The Mac gaming industry is increasing in population and demand for more stable games is increasing. Many developers have expanded their business into the mac industry using wine based port and have received tremendous success. This Port ( when complete ) will allow your game to be playable on the Mac osx Platform ( 10.6+) and will bring in new users who can play the game. Currently we have been able to connect to hirez servers , download the game and get to the login screen using the mac port. Although we need help with authenticating the mac port so mac users my play ( since the game requires online access. To Hirez servers). We hope you consider this project as a possible future for the Tribes Ascend game and future hirez. games to come. If You are interested in this project please reply either to this email or on the Porting team Forums : http://portingteam.c..._120#entry83108

See? A few "kiss-butt" sentences, the problem, and a new paragraph with the solution.

Dear Hi - Rez Studios,
The video games, and the progress You have made in such short time and such small amount of people is simply incredible! The games You developed have gained over half million of players, fans, and followers throughout the whole world... Including us. We, members of a Mac community – The Portingteam, admire the goals, and will power of Your company. Most importantly, we love the video games You have made, the thrill, the excitement and fun. However, we are a Mac community. Windows games, as you know, aren’t compatible with Macs. We have OpenGL, You have DirectX. We have Obj-C, You have C++. But we still are a community – a few people, can do magical things.
We already have a working port. Tribes Ascend is downloadable, updatable, and is up and running. Only problem we ran into is authenticating our copy with the servers. We ask for one thing – participation. If you help us, we can help you.
Sincerely,

In e-mails you never post the name two times. This is only for letters. IN e-mails this is only different sexual orientation. And the other point, maybe it would be better if one guy f.e. thanoulas write them under his real name. He should tell them about porting team and our aim, but should use his real name, because this is an official writing.

Also, I agree with the statement that someone else should write the letter. You guys have terrible grammar and spelling - no offense.

This is a good letter, I would say, though there are a few issues I can see. Firstly, there are some inconsistencies in spacing (double spacing, you shouldn't space before a comma, nor after an open bracket/before a close bracket, for example) as well as capitalisation. Also, capitalising each You is incorrect. Finally, there is never a reason to use Comic Sans, especially not in a formal letter.
Here's a fixed version (I've also cleared up the image a little, the faux handwritten font is inappropriate)

First of all, the game cannot reach the login screens. This involves reversing and disabling of the auth process, which doesn't fully work. We need proper authentication, as their own launcher does to run the game and stay connected to the servers.
Second, you don't have the reason why we need to develop a custom launcher instead of using their own in wine. This, for anyone that doesn't know, is because it's written in .NET and remoting objects don't work in wine. So I've developed the launcher to work with Mono instead, but there's only so much of the source code I can see in their own launcher. The project still makes use of their own PatcherEngine, PatcherMisc, PatcherData and HirezUtils dlls (only public objects).
Third and most important, there's no need to reveal my real name to them. I bet they're smart enough to use google to find it, it shouldn't be that difficult if they really want it. We send this message as a group of people - a community that requires immediate attention to be able to use their product. We are their potential customers and that should be interesting enough for them.

I made the changes people suggested , corrected Grammer, and added the part about how we are using a custom launcher.
If we get a reply I will post it here.
If you are wondering what email I sent it under.

If you we spam them , they won't reply . It will just make a bad impression on the project .
I emailed it to their business and tribes info department and am still awaiting a reply .
