People, Do you want to me change my wrappers to support older versions of Mac OS X? See Poll... Vote it! Let me know some people who have Mac OS X 10.5.8 or older. I will change my wrappers or I will port other games using same wrapper. :)

Reboot's Wrappers are not supports Mac OS X 10.5.8 or older (Because of cider build 6357):
- Silent Hill 2: Director's Cut
- Silent Hill 3
- Silent Hill 3 Demo

Note: I can use Cider 7608 wrapper is compatable with Mac OS X 10.4.11 Tiger. It can run on Tiger.

Cheers,
Reboot

I definitely think you should update.  10.5/10.4 aren't even compatible with most applications.

i believe they already did.
they don't update 10.4 or 10.5 anymore .
The last update was 10.5.8.
But they still issue minor security updates. ( you know they gotta keep the mac os x clean of viruses otherwise mac osx will turn into another windows)

It's bothering me how little updates there are for 10.6.8.
Same as 10.5.8, there are only security patches. The could update drivers and such, but they are forcing people over to Lion.

I like Lion. If they'd bring back Rosetta, I'd like it even more.  Also, unhiding all the folders in your home folder. Like, seriously. Library is an important folder. WHY HIDE IT?

Personally, aside from ports and porting tools I never had the need to dig around in the Library. Unhiding all the folders would be a bad idea, those are folders you shouldn't mess with unless you know what you're doing. Same goes for the Library, if something needs to get fixed or cleaned then that's bad application design and should be fixed by the developer, not the user. Besides, the name "Library" doesn't even make sense. A library is a place where I find books.
Games I own that still need porting:
Dark Messiah of Might & Magic, Descent 3, Fallout, Space Rangers 2

The name doesn't matter. What does is that this folder actually has a lot of importance. You may not use it, but I do. I just think that there should be an option to unhide these folders. Using a shell script every time bugs the hell out of me.

I would appreciate 10.5 ports - and to the above some of us do not have our parents buying us a new computer and need to pay on our own. I do not have 2500 dollars + burning a hole in my pocket ever year or two.

There are several reasons not to "upgrade"

10.6 - has the icon bug that was never fixed - though otherwise pretty darn good
10.7 - was a mess
10.8 - broke a ton of stuff and broke a ton of ports here. Gatekeeper though well intentioned is annoying. Maybe I am cynical but it is just to make people buy off the App store.

Apple's yearly development cycle is stupid in my opinion. Most of the bugs do not get ironed out until the .5 or the .6s etc.  Now we will not even see those (yes there was 10.7.5 but it is still buggy).

We are stuck in the region of pain.
