Check out this: http://pcsx2.net/ design is not bad. I like "Compatibility Overview and List" much too.

Btw, Did they released official mac version last year? (I looked date. mac version is outdated and slow. Windows version and Linux version are already updated recently.) http://pcsx2.net/dow...leases/mac.html o.0

Edit: I found http://classic.pcsx2.net/ Ofc, I checked PCSX2 facebook group many times.

does this also work with PS1 games? I feel like playing Silent Hill 1 :)
edit: doesnt seem to work on lion for me :(

Uh, no.

Why not try PCSX-Reloaded? It's awesome PS1 emulator because It was running smooth on my white MacBook 2007. I played The Crash Bandicoot 1. I never beat it. lol.

Btw, You need BIOS files to play games.

crash bandicoot 3 is the best :)

Also, i know that BIOS files are required but the application itself fails to start up on OSX lion for me.

I thought PCSX-Reloaded can works on Lion cuz it was made with intel app. -.- Did you tried "pcsxr-78288.tar.bz2" build file? http://speedofmac.co...sx-reloaded.php

Btw, Crash Bandicoot 3 have glitch on PCSX-Reloaded, PCSX-Reloaded-Wii and PCSX. I tried them on my hacked Wii and white MacBook.

I would guess that the PCSX-reloaded is for PS1 games, but the PCSX2 is for PS2 games.

^^^ Correct.

PCSX-reloaded is better than old PCSX (It's outdated and dead). It don't need powerful Mac hardware. And PCSX2 always need powerful Video Card with VRAM 512MB or higher to run 3D games. It always drop FPS for me. I used SpeedHack. It don't works. I really hate it. I uses ATI with VRAM 256MB.

Edit: I'm using Windows 7 64-bit for PCSX2 and gaming. I never try mac version of PCSX2 cuz people said it's very slow than windows version and linux version.
