Topic may have to merged i like this topic than the other one


I read and looked at some articled even followed IGN For more information if you can't tell not big fan of IGN cuz i don't like it..

Truthfully fomr info i gather Dead Space 3 is going to get Ruined by EA  Games (Eletronic Arts) seems that Visual Studios is doing whatever EA Says basiclly there adding things to the game like Cover System Rolling,dodging semantics,double barrel guns (basically and assault rifle with another gun on button of it) to what happening is there trying to branch to other players (CoD player etc) and kinda running the game the point of the game is horror and horror game need kinda poor controls like Dead Space 1 & 2... being limited to option like on walking and running and having poor camera angels thats horror like Slient hill that only thing scary really is how you can't get good aim what your shooting at because of the Damn Camera! in fact the Co Op Dead Space 3 seems like a horrible idea ( I am well aware that there is a Single player mode when you can only play as issaic) to me Co op bad idea dead space 1 & 2 was baicly your by your self you had to be alert at all times and you were prenoid also a bunch of times thinking there was smoothing behind you the audio and sounds were terrifying almost made you think something was behind you thats horror.

Whats horror in your option and what screed you most about Dead Space Series Truthfully my option Dead Space 1 & 2 are scary because how your limited to thing you can do all the stuff there adding to Dead Space 3 may ruin it D:.... but i still excited for the game and going to enjoy playing it on Zeaot Or Hardcore mode or whatever there going to name it .

So what was scary to you in the Dead Space Series or any other Series what did you find that made you wan an keep playing?

i enjoyed dead space how it was Consealed Dark and keep you alert do you think Co Op option will destroy that because now you would have a buddy to revive you when you die?

Truthfully Co Op Story mode seems to be a noob friendly add-on to the game

Why do you look so down on ea games?  They did some pretty awesome things!  For pete's sake, try playing some of their original atari games!

EA don't make games, they sell the games. And I don't like EA neither.

I never said they made games.  Also, if you think the battlefield series, Burnout Paradise series, Command and Conquer series, Crysis series, Madden NFL series, Medal of Honor series, Mass Effect series, Sims series (debatably the best game on the pc), and Team Fortress 2 all suck, I have no faith in my generation.

I didn't said those series sucked. I just don't like and don't respect EA. I respect the guys how create those awesome games. The graphic artists, the programmers, the composers, the writers, and so on.

Dead Space 2 was... alright i suppose. Dead Space one is by far much superior though (at least in the scare factor). I'm going to play through it again i think

Yeah, dead space one was an awesome game. I loved the scenes in the free space, where u didn't heared sound from outside of you spacesuit. This was bloody awesome

Actually thats what i think of (almost) every single EA game, =P but personal thoughts apart.
There exist at least two facts to consider before being optimistic with this release :

1) EA is publishing, and has been proved that they don't care to much on polish gameplay, plot, etc. before releasing a game.

2) Uver-cool graphics has been the strongest card in the EA games in the past (9-12?) years. And seeing Unreal Engine is involved i can bet that they are gonna focus 90% of available developers to the graphic headland.

So lets expect the best but prepare for the worst.

I thought EA just released all Valve's games with retail discs for PC, Mac, PS3, and Xbox 360. EA don't messed up them. They did released Portal 2 retail disc.

If Dead Space 3 comes out then I'll be happy, if it doesn't, then well at least they ended with a good Dead Space 2.

But if they do make Dead Space 3, though, then they'd better not screw it up...

Anyway, since the EA game debate seems to be going on, I must join this.
EA has a lot of great games published. These include the Battlefield Series, Medal of Honor, Crysis, plus all of their sports games

They publish some really great games. The only problem they have is their marketing. They decided to implement online passes for consoles, so to play multiplayer, you have to pay $15 to get a code if you didn't buy the game new. What they are trying to do is be money wh*res to try to get as much money as possible, and knock out the used game market, since when you buy a newly released game used, its usually $5 cheaper, but now if you buy it used and want multiplayer, its essentially $10 more expensive than a new copy.

What sucks is that they are stopping me from borrowing EA games from friends and testing them out fully, including multiplayer, in case I want the game. They are also stopping me from buying a game from a friend with cash, then having to buy an online pass. They are also stopping me from renting their games and playing multiplayer.

We also know the whole Mass Effect 3 issue with the DLC and "horrible ending."

In all honesty, I loved EA games before this whole online pass issue, and now Ubisoft is starting to do it too. God forbid Activision, THQ (if they still publish games, haven't seen a game from them in a while), and all the other publishers start implementing this horrible system. If that happens to console games, I swear I might as well just use my steam account to start gaming.


OH and on another note, EA also made their own PC gaming client for their games, to stop Steam/Valve from making a profit off of them.

The rumored co-op mode sounds awesome, and the theory is that the other guy would be your co-op partner in such a mode.
