Is this a good gaming computer?

Case: Antec Sonata
Motherboard: GIGABYTE EP45-UD3P Ultra-Durable motherboard with dual-bios
Processor: INTEL CORE2 E-8400 @ 3GHz
Graphics (most important to me): EVGA NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 260 which can be overclocked
RAM: 4 GB RAM with space for 16GB
Has all the fans/coolers/power cords etc. It also comes with a mouse, keyboard, sound system w/ subwoofer, and a monitor.
Is this a good buy? I feel like i minor processor upgrade would help but maybe not. Any thoughts?

Only cpu's left would be core2duo's and core2quads higher than the one that your getting, for example E8500, E8600, E8700, X6800.
Hackintosh: Intel i5-3570k, 16GB Ram, Asus Z77 Sabertooth, MSI GTX 670 Power Edition SLI

GTX260 is like 40% faster than GT650M in the newest MacBook Pros.
IT should be like 150% faster than your GT330M.
Can it run all newest games on max, no.
Can it run Skyrim or BF3 at high settings, yes, at 60 FPS. (BF3 might need med/hig for 60 FPS)
It should also be very hackintoshable.
GTX260 is just a lower clocked GTX285 with less memory and shaders, but uses the same drivers,
so it should work pretty much out of the box in Mac OS too.
I have no idea about gigabyte p45 boards.
For gaming it will be faster than all current macs, except iMac 27 inch and a Mac Pro.
[HackPro i5-4.3 GHz, 2x SSD + 5TB HDD • 16GB RAM • NVidia GTX 660 2GB • OSX 10.8.3] . [MacBookAir 13 1.7GHz • Intel HD 3000 • OSX 10.7.5]
