There have been some questions how to use the new port database and where to upload the posts.
I've made a little youtube video covering the basics here.

How to compress the port with either Mac OSX build in compression

use 7zX.
7zX can save you anywhere from 10-50% of space, which will decrease both your upload and other users download.
