The name doesn't matter. What does is that this folder actually has a lot of importance. You may not use it, but I do. I just think that there should be an option to unhide these folders. Using a shell script every time bugs the hell out of me.
open terminal:
chflags nohidden Library(be sure you are in your "user" folder
