Screamer Rally is the third game in the Screamer series. Released in 1997 the game builds on Screamer 2, but changes context to a Rallying game. The game made use of 3dfx Voodoo Graphics chipset, giving the game graphics hardware acceleration giving high resolution and texture filtering. The game features seven tracks, one each in China, Canada, Italy, Arizona, Sweden and Wales, with the addition of a bonus course.

Notes:
Set resolution is 1024x768 - the game takes a few seconds to boot so be patient. No issues detected yet.
Performance is great with the updated wrapper!

I wish I could get this to work
Thank you very much for this port! It was one of my favorite games back in the 90s!

Sadly on my MacBook Pro i5 the framerate of this Glide Port is very bad and the audio is stuttering, do you have any suggestion to solve these problems?

thanks!
unfortunately no - the dosbox settings are already set for best preformance. You need a Mac with a fast CPU & GPU for acceptable speeds I suppose. The DOSBox emulation is not very efficient.

Ok, I thought an i5 with discrete video card would have been enought, but it isn't :(

What Mac are you using to play it? a Mac Pro, I guess.

Even if it's not working well it's still a great emotion to play this game after all this years. So, thank you again!
OK update people!
I have reuploaded the port with a new wrapper that has support for higher resolutions and also delivers a much better gameplay performance.

If you're experiencing audio pauses open up the application package, navigate to /Contents/Resources and then open dosbox.conf with a Text Editor and change the line cpu=xxxxx to cpu=max and the problem should be fixed.

Be sure to check it out!
I'm eager to try this new release but the link doesn't seem to work :(
nothing is always as it seems.
Works really great on MBA! :) Thanks!
This is a fun game. Thank you sir.
doesn't work anymore on MacOS High Sierra :-(
