3. Download Wineskin Winery from here Wineskin Winery 1.6 and make a wrapper using the latest engine and call it SkyrimInstallation

4. Find Skyrim Installion in Your User -> Applications -> Wineskin and do "Show Package Contents" on the SkyrimInstallation

5. Once in "Show Package Contents" click on "Wineskin"

6. Click "Install Software"

7. Click "Choose Setup Executable"

8. Select the setup.exe from /Users/Your Usernamel/Desktop/Downloads/The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim 2012-Razor1911/setup.exe and proceed with the installation till it is finished! Desktop -> downloads -> razor elder scrolls folder -> setup.exe

9. Copy the files in Desktop -> downloads -> razor elder scroll folder -> Razor1911 folder

10. Paste them into your Wineskin installation at Your User -> Applications -> Wineskin -> Skyrim application -> Contents -> Resources -> drive_c -> Program Files -> The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim

You have now successfully installed TESV Skyrim!

NOW YOU MUST MAKE IT WORK IN CIDER!!!

11. Open skyrimcider7606fixed.zip in your downloads folder if you haven't already done so

12. Right click and show package contents of The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim (This is located in your downloads folder)

13. Go to Desktop -> Skyrim folder (not the razor one, the other one) -> Skyrim Application (not the preferences one as that is ONLY for changing graphics if the game is running too slow) -> Contents -> c_drive -> Program Files -> The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim

14. Drag and drop the CONTENTS of your "The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim" folder FROM THE SkyrimInstallation located at Your User -> Applications -> Wineskin and do "Show Package Contents" on the SkyrimInstallation -> drive_c -> Program Files (There maybe be one that says bethesda or something before the Skyrim folder but make your way to "The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim" folder and copy the CONTENTS FROM THERE  to the CIDER VERSION mentioned in steps 8-10 which is here
Desktop -> Skyrim folder (not the razor one, the other one) -> Skyrim Application (not the preferences one as that is ONLY for changing graphics if the game is running too slow) -> Contents -> c_drive -> Program Files -> The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim

15. Play the game!!!

Changing Video Settings
This can be done through the "Skyrim Preferences" application
The settings will go back to default when you relaunch the "System Preferences" app so do don't think that they weren't changed before.  You must always make the change when you start up this app!!!

Personal Notes
Thanks to "DanIsTheMan" for his support and help testing my wrapper!

Okay, well what about the selecting the name? Because I'm pretty sure I've unlocked that, as I am creating my character. I swear to you, I tried everysingle key combination, and clicked that damn thing about 10 times. There was no way to continue creating my character, without letting my name be : Player. Which I guess i don't care about, just wanted to make sure everything works.
Why does this try to launch Steam when I run it?  Also, I'm getting a white screen when I click Play.  (I am a complete nube, so forgive me if these are stupid questions)  Thanks!
I have a video coming right now to prove all you people crazy thinking that you somehow  thinking that certain "stuff " doesn't work
Can this game with the cider wrapper use Directx 10, or is it stuck to only using 9c features?
Hey, it's working!  Check out my YouTube vid:  http://youtu.be/ifVGa3D590U

Hello everyone! I finally managed to download Skyrim and get everything to work. However, I stumble into more problems! Skyrim loads up and everything. The smokes starts to rise to the Skyrim logo and I press new game and pretty the enter button and then boom. Steam/smoke stops and the game just freezes... anyone know what to do?

GUI rendering flickers using the cider port and (as has already been noted) mouse lag on wineskin port
gui rendering flickers?

what exactly do you mean by that???
I'm unable to get screenshots, but for example

In the opening scene, it should be black, then It'll say the game name and fade into the game.

Instead the coverup textures/renderings (the black screen and text) showing up solidified, there are gaps in them in which they don't get rendered (and instead whatever is being rendered in 3D behind the texture shows up). The gaps are horizontal lines about 5 inches tall that move rapidly up/down.

The closest real life representation I could think of is if you filmed a TV screen with an old camera. There would be a horizontal dark streak that moved up/down ( http://image.shutter... ... 325162.jpg ) where the brighter area represents the GUI and the darker part represents the part of the GUI that isn't rendering.
