Nine months after the events of both games, the Point Man was captured by Armacham Security Personnel (voiced by Barry Pepper & Mark Lund) and interrogated in an asylum. Paxton Fettel interrupts the interrogation and helps free the Point Man. The two form an uneasy alliance and escape the Asylum through the slums.
Commandeering a helicopter, the Point Man and Fettel return to Fairport to regroup with F.E.A.R. operative Jin Sun-Kwon. During their return, the civilian population that survived were either driven insane by the paranormal activity or were executed by Armacham personnel. Fighting their way through, the brothers successfully meet up with Jin. Jin plays back recorded video footage of
Michael Becket, who revealed his rape by Alma and is slated by Armacham for transport.
Using an automated transport, the Point Man and Fettel assault the local airport to intercept Becket, killing the remnants of the Armacham personnel. In order to gain more intel from Becket, Fettel possesses him and reveals Becket's past life to the Point Man while Becket realizes the Point Man's identity. Fettel's release of Becket proves fatal, causing a gory explosion. The Point Man and Fettel head to an old training facility used by
Harlan Wade years ago to study and develop the prototypes, where the two start to destroy items associated with memories of their childhood past to inflict damage on the lingering echo of Harlan Wade known as The Creep. Shortly after destroying a monstrous apparition of Wade, one of two endings are possible, depending on multiple factors. For single-player, a good and evil ending occurs depending on whether the player has controlled the Point Man or Fettel. Alternatively, if played during co-op, the player with the higher score determines the ending. The good ending will show Point Man overpowering Fettel and vice-versa, with the ending depending on whether Point Man or Fettel had survived their final struggle.
The Point Man ending has him shooting Paxton in the head three times and watching his body spontaneously burn itself up. Then, as he walks over to Alma, ready to finish the job, he notices that her baby has been successfully born. Alma's body then disappears, with the Point Man receiving a transmission from Jin that everything is finally over, thanking him for his efforts. With the baby in the crook of his left arm, he leaves the room.
The Paxton Fettel ending has Paxton possessing Point Man's body and somehow extracting the baby from Alma's swollen body. He promises to raise the child like it was his own, but sets it aside as he notices Alma. Fettel then pounces on his mother, violently eating her.

Personal Notes:
Game runs pretty good for me at lowest settings (I ONLY HAVE 2 GB OF RAM!!!!)

If you start the game, it will be in windowed format.  For me, the screen turns black and the only way to fix this is the minimize the game (command m or click the yellow button at the top of the window).  Then unminimize it, and the game will be shown.  This is not a big issue, but you must do it every time you open the game.

Used an older version of wine because it fixes the mouse issue :)

New Version 1.2!

- Fixed Mouse Issue
- Upgraded Icon
- Have to fix full screen issue
- Still have to minimize game at launch because I am using an old version of wine, which is the only way the mouse works
- 1.3 will include the 1280x800 override which includes FULL SCREEN!!!!

1.3 COMING SOON!!!!  Solution found for minimize and fullscreen error!
ETA: 1 Week or more since I have finals

EDIT: Go to Dan's post which includes the new wrapper!!!  All issues fixed!!!:

UPDATED VERSION FROM DAN!!!

My System Specs:
- OS: Snow Leopard 10.6.8
- CPU: 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
- RAM: 2 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
- Video: 256 vRam
- Port Disk Space: About 5 gigabytes required

Known Issues:
(minimize mode directions moved to personal notes)
- According to sources, the game crashes when you change the graphics settings

Installation:
Install Fear 3 using wineskin inside the wrapper, or drag the WB Games folder to Program Files.  Remember to replace the cracks if using cracked version.  I used the skidrow release.

Of course, best if you buy it in Steam :)

Hi, the port works well, except one thing. It runs in a window, and the mouse over ride window, and thats why i cant turn around. Any fix for this?
It's kinda off-topic but I got that problem (over-ride mouse) too with the Fallout New Vegas port by DankoB,
Any tips for fixing it?
Try changing the screen options in the show package contents wineskin app...
thx
I tried, but it didnt help? Is there any solution to make it run in fullscreen? With the games option, not with wineskin.
Umm...  Even on wineappdb it says that there is no fix.  It's a wineskin problem, so I will try to look into it.  What are your system specs?
2.5dual2core,4gb ram, 330g nvidia. Maybe it should help if it run in full screen mode. But the game crash when i change it. Even if i change it with the .ini file.
anyone tested on intel HD?
It should work on intel HD
What about the retail steam version?
It works even better on that.
your wrapper:
