Please check that your macbook passes the minimum PC requirements for running this game before downloading!

If this port works well, please leave a rating!

  • Chrome or Firefox must be used to correctly download from Mega.co.nz!
  • Use 7zX to extract the .dmg file. Open the DMG and drag the wrapper to your desktop.
  • If you are new to porting/using wrappers, please visit this page: http://portingteam.c...-downloaded-it/
  • IF YOU ARE AN AMD USER THAT USES OSX Lion 10.7.5: You will probably (most likely) experience severe lag. Please try and upgrade to 10.8.3 since wine does not function well with AMD GPUs and 10.7.5..
Dark (stylized as DARK) is a stealth action role-playing video game developed by Realmforge Studios and published by Kalypso Media, released on July 4, 2013. It was officially announced on May 4, 2012. A playable version of the game was presented at the 2012 Role Play Convention in Cologne, Germany and the E3 2012. The gameplay of Dark is based on stealth combat. Eric has many supernatural vampiric 'skills' at his disposal; he can use Shadow Leap to quickly teleport to different areas and to perform stealth finishers, make himself temporarily invisible, see in the dark and slow down time. His abilities are linked to a certain amount of 'blood points' which are used up each time Eric uses a skill. He can drink blood from his enemies to restore his health and blood points.

Personal Notes:

- Game runs great on high settings

My System Specs:

- OS: OSX Mountain Lion 10.8.2
- CPU: Intel Core i7 2600k @ 4.2GHz
- RAM: 16GB 1600MHz
- Video: 2GB MSI GTX 670 OC Edition
- SSD: Samsung 840 120GB

Known Issues

- Performance may be low in areas depending on the graphics settings you are using.

- If you are a Snow Leopard (10.6) user, please disable the mac driver in Wineskin > Set screen options > make sure the 'Mac driver' checkbox is unchecked.

  • Right click the wrapper, show package contents and open wineskin.app.
  • Click on advanced, tools, winetricks, click the 'apps' tab and select 'Steam'. THEN click run!
  • Let steam install.
  • Once its installed, go into wineskin.app within the wrapper, next to the steam launcher, and click on advanced.
  • Change the 'Windows EXE' line to: /Program Files/Steam/steam.exe and then exit wineskin.app.
  • Finally, run the wrapper, steam will launch, sign in to your steam account and download DARK. Once its downloaded, click play!
Now, whenever you launch the wrapper, it will sign into steam and allow you to launch your game via your 'Steam Game Library'.

For 'non steam users':
Please note that I do not (in any way) promote piracy and that I highly recommend you PURCHASE the games that you want to play!

  • Right click the wrapper, show package contents and launch wineskin.app, then select install new software.
  • Locate the setup.exe file (that is within the .iso you probably downloaded, if you download an ISO, double click it to mount it!) and install the PC files by going through the setup.
  • -- Don't bother installing directx and vcrun if it asks you too. --
  • Then, go back into the contents of the wrapper, go to: drive_c ----> Program Files ----> DARK and paste a NoCD crack into the DARK folder. It should ask you to replace some files. When it does, click 'ok'.
The last step is to launch the wrapper!

Cheers!

Bla Bla Bla!!!! always talking before trying!

This is what i got: I have the "Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition-FLT" release found on google.

I got "Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition" working fully on my Hackintosh!

If the game runs in slow motion, here is the slow motion fix:

http://www.mediafire...ara slow motion..rar

Go to file:
Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition\DiscContentPC\Config
Then replace the file “Coalesced” to fix.

cheers

To be clear we are talking about "Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition" released a few days ago on Steam for PC. Not Mortal Kokmbat 9.
Why always people try to teach, even if they do not investigate and trying by it self?
Only to be clear "Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition" uses "directx 9.0c" I installed and gaming the game by myself. I can confirm 100%
So please people stop to teach if you don't have tried before.

cheers

What Wine engine did you use I can get it to work but it keeps closing out
I used "dead island riptide", you need to select "Use Mac Driver instead of X11" in Video settings in the wrapper. otherwise it won't work.

You use the Dead Island Riptide for everything...

As long as it works i don't know why i shouldn't use it.  Updates every second day (like most dev's like) are not my life!
