Star Trek: Voyager – Elite Force is a first-person shooter video game developed by Raven Software and published by Activision. The game was initially released on September 20, 2000 for Windows and Mac OS personal computers. Aspyr Media was responsible for porting the game to the Mac OS platform. Elite Force was later ported to the PlayStation 2 console by Pipe Dream Interactive and published by Majesco Entertainment on December 11, 2001.
The game is set in the Star Trek universe, specifically relating to the fourth Star Trek television series, Star Trek: Voyager. The dates in the game place Elite Force's plot late in Voyager's sixth season. The player assumes the role of Ensign Alex Munro, a member of the Hazard Team, a new elite security section created to deal with particularly dangerous and hostile away missions. The game's plot focuses on the USS Voyager being trapped in a starship graveyard, heavily damaged and under attack from a variety of hostile factions. The Hazard Team is tasked with protecting Voyager as repairs are made, and investigating the cause of their entrapment.

Personal Notes:
Since the native games won't work with OSX Versions above 10.7 and the wrappers on here are at least 2 years old, I thought I'd host a wrapper that can be used for both Elite Force and Elite Force II.

You'll need a CD-Key for Elite Force 2 to work online.

My System Specs:
- OS: Mac OSX 10.9.4
- CPU: Intel Core i5 2.3 GHz
- RAM: 8GB
- Video: Intel HD3000
- Disk Space: 700MB for the Wrapper

Known Issues:
- Brightness and Gamma Settings of Elite Force may reset from time to time. You have to reset them in the Video Options.

Fresh Installation:
1. Unpack the 7zip Archive with Keka or BetterZip
2. Open the Wrapper with right click and choose "Open package contents"
3. Start Wineskin.app and use "Install Software"
4. Point to the setup.exe (or any similar installation executable) and complete the installation
5. Once the Installation is complete, start Wineskin.app again.
6. Under "Advanced" -> "Configuration" point to the newly installed game executable.

When using the original CD Version you might have to keep the .iso file or CD mounted to play. Or use a fixed .exe for the game to bypass copy protection

Why was this reported broken? The Download Link seems to be working. Is there a problem with the wrapper? (To whoever reported it)
When i want to choose the Setup Executable, i can´t choose the Elite Force Installer. It is grayed out. What should i do now? Copying the folder leads just to an error.

I use 10.10.2 Yosemite on MacBook Pro Mid 2012
What Installer are you trying to run? Are you trying to install it through the disks? It must be an .exe or .msi file, otherwise it won't work. Try and open the Wrapper (right click -> show package contents) and move the setup file inside it (under drive_c/Program Files), then open Wineskin.app (still inside the wrapper) and under Advanced -> Configuration navigate to the setup file and do a test run.
Wow, thank you for your quick response!
I use the original CD für Mac, not for Windows. I think this is the problem.

I thought this Wrapper gets me to run this old game on OS X... So i have misread the description.
Too bad, you were my last hope.

Thank you anyway!
Do you mean you have the Mac Version of Elite Force (1) on a CD? Or the Windows Version? It should work with the original windows CDs. Have you mounted it properly and can you open the CDs directory? Normally you should just have to navigate to the setup.exe on the CD through "Choose Setup Executable"?

If you are indeed using the windows version of Elite Force, another way would be to copy all contents of the CD onto your mac and try starting the setup process from there.
Yes, i have the Mac Version.
I think I'm going to buy a cheap Windows-Version on eBay. I want to play this game so badly.

EDIT: Sorry, if my English is bad... I am from Germany :D

Trying to just copy or move the Raven folder into the Program Files folder... I can choose the EXE just fine, but I get nothing happening when trying a test run. Error messages follow:

Help? I really have no idea what I'm doing here. Also, how do I install "both" games into this wrapper, when the EXE selector will only let me choose one?
Ok, the solution I found was to hit the rebuild button, trashing the contents of the wrapper and then using the manager to copy the folder in again. I still don't see how this wrapper can contain both games, but I'm just going to solve that by renaming it and unzipping / rebuilding again.

Thanks for the wrapper - I'm not adept at creating these things, at least I've managed to get this one functioning.
Hi Geordi,

I am having difficulty installing this game too. Can you give me step by step instructions on how you got this to work? I am not very good at working these wineskins yet. If you have time, can you please give me the step by step instruciton on how you did this? I was able to use a windows computer to copy the contents of both disks to a portable drive in two folders. One for disk 1 and another folder for disk 2. I also have an old copy of when I installed this game on a windows computer many years ago and I have the EF2 folder for that game too.

I would appreciate any help. even something like

Step 1:
Step 2:

is very helpful to me.

Thank you so much!
Is the port file supposed to open only a .rtf file? it's just a bunch of characters...
I have no clue what I'm doing. I bought the old Mac version of the game, and have the CD. It won't run the installer "because the classic environment is no longer supported." I am running El Capitan, OS X 10.11.2.

Any advice?

Hi npatyk,

The Mac Version will not work with any OSX above 10.7 Lion. And this Wrapper is meant for the Windows version. I uploaded a newer Wrapper that should run the Windows Version on El Capitan. All you have to do is install Elite Force 1 or 2 with the Windows CDs or a downloaded (cracked) version into this Wrapper and point it to the .exe of the game you want to start.

Sorry for the confusion by the way. Wine and Wineskin are generally not usable for native Mac Software.
I have missing graphics and audio in Elite Force II. In the opening cut scene there is a missing character and dialogue. In the actual gameplay no weapon is displayed and Tuvok's voice is missing the audio. I can't proceed past the first section of the game without a weapon. Running a Windows version of EF2 in the wrapper in El Capitan OS X 10.11.4
i'm running into trouble with the Elite Force 2 install. It's two discs and i can't figure out how to "insert disc 2" when i'm using an .iso... any help would be hugely appreciated
