Project 64 is an emulator for the classic Nintendo 64 Console. Playing games is simple, and all you have to do is unzip the rom file, and drag the .n64 file to the Application screen.

Personal Notes:
I ported Project 64 because I found all of the Mac N64 Emulators to be limited. Project 64 is not as limited, and doesn't have that annoying watermark.

I did not create this software. Project 64 can be found HERE!

I WILL NOT PROVIDE ROMS FOR THIS PORT! FIND THEM YOURSELF!

My System Specs:
- OS: OS X 10.9.5 Yosimite
- CPU: 1.4 GHz Intel Core i5
- RAM: 4 GB DDR3
- Video: Intel HD Graphics 5000
- Disk Space:   1.4 GB for the .App File

Known Issues:
Settings menu doesn't appear correctly/doesn't work you get what you get.

Installation:
1. Download the .zip File
2. Unzip the .zip File
3. Run the .app File
4. Drag the .n64 rom file to the Application
5. Play your game.

Good work. The port runs PJ faithfully, but unfortunately will not recognize my wired Xbox 360 controller through x-input. I've got virtually the same system specs, and I'm using the latest driver from Tattiebogle (0.14). Anyone else having luck/non-luck with gamepads?

The problem is that the controller has to be set up, and I can't get the settings menu to display properly. Thank you for downloading my port!
I'm going to try this, will copy the wireless XBOX360 settings from windows. I know all the button numbers are different under Mac, so might hand-edit the settings once I know the numbers (using EnJoy2).

Because he simply used an old wrapper from another port and he tried to install in it Project 64 and saw that it worked did not do much more ... In fact, the port of Project64 I created in my system, weighs 340Mb... wineskin is not cider... ^_^
However, @Strang3r : my 360 wired controller works:

Just that you have installed these drivers for OS X in your system

@ monkeyman764:

It is not required decompress roms to play them, they are read directly as zip, to take up less space
The application runs but I get just a grey screen in the P64 window and nothing to select

Anyone ever found a solution to the grey screen problem?
