New Porting Team Discord Server

Greetings everyone.

It‘s been getting pretty quiet on our site in the last couple of years and our integrated Forum chat funtion never really saw much use, so to counteract that develoment, I wanted to inform all of you that I have recently created a dedicated portingteam server on the popular Discord Instant Messaging app.
