I seek guidance... Please help so I can feel like a kid again and reminisce about days gone.

I'm playing QFG1 VGA on the Boxer DOS emulator. When I try to save I get a message that says "Your game save disk is full. You must either use another disk or save over an existing saved game." There are no existing saved games to overwrite though. I followed the instructions in the "Boxer Help" document for "Adding and removing DOS drives" and add the folder to the "Drives Inspector" for the game. However, when I click import I get a message saying "This operation couldn't be completed.  (OSStatus error -61.)" I believe this is a write permission error.

you have it all running on a writable drive and not inside a dmg or anything like that?  I recall playing this a couple years ago with DOSBox and never saw any issue like that.
