I sent this to Draculix, but i figure i need all the help i can get.

Hi,

I recently downloaded your COD World at War wrapper. I downloaded a copy of the game installer, installed it on my machine, and when I proceeded to install "Lanfix 1.5" from gamecopyworld it gives me "Couldn't load fileSysCheck.cfg. Make sure Call of Duty is run from the correct folder." I need to install Lanfix, because your installer will give me an error when it tries to add the folder at the second installation step.

I am using windows 7 to install world at war, I cannot test the game because it says "insert CD" but it should run nevertheless.

- Should I redownload a defferent verision of COD 5?
- Should I try using crossover?
- I need help- thanks.

Did you install the game to version 1.5? The lanfix 1.5 isn't at gamecopyworld (I'm fairly certain)...in fact it was a pretty obscure link at Megaupload.

This what actually got the game working for me ..... http://www.general-s...et/go/353824003....after I updated the game to 1.5. Anything above 1.5 will not work. It's unfortunate but true. Hopefully someday it will be supported in Wine but until then we are stuck here.
