I'm probably thinking of letting this project go. The pcsx2 I made was horrible and thinking of deleting this topic....

I'm sure it will be of use to some.
If you compress the Download with 7zip however, this cuts the download down considerably (From 800Megs to 80 or so), more people will check it out that way.
Hello. Sadly, I am not active here on the Porting Team anymore, and therefore I cannot give support or answer questions to any of my posted Ports or posted topics.

I don't have it on my computer anymore so I download, compress it to 7zip? How do I do that? I have a mac, so can I do that with Stuffit Archive Manager?

But I just think that its a waste to leave it there. I just found out a little while ago that it is able run better even on a virtual machine with 1GB of RAM. Wine just sucks for GSdx. I guess there is nothing I can do with pcsx2. I leave it though because it may ACTUALLY BE OF USE!!!  :D

I was never told to upload any screenshots by the staff. This hasn't been updated either and I don't think there will be.

"Blah"? I know its not good but i have made better than this. I have GPPO for mac but i just didn't upload it. I have a lot of things i didn't share on this site. How would you like it if i were to comment on your port and say that it was trash?

I have the same issue, and I'm not sure to fix it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

That cannot be fixed because that happens because of wine so it is a glitch. Just re-open the .dmg and use those and just copy the config.

This font issue happens to me too.

Where is the config file in the .dmg? Sorry for the bother, just kinda confused at the moment.

There is no config file. I think you need to re-install it because this happend to me too in wine. I just used devilhunter's Shark to make this.

Wow, I didn't even know this existed. I'm assuming it would prolly run like crap on my 2.13 GHz macbook, but maybe I'll try it.

Please post some feedback as I'm curious to know how it'll run (can't be worse than the "native mac port" one of their guys made)

People who still take a look at this. I'm going to make a separate thread with all the modified port apps of pcsx2's I constructed.

[EDIT]: The new constructed one has been built into this post.

How do you run ISOs on PCSX2? And would PS2 games run on a 1.66 GHz Intel Core Duo possessor and a GMA 950 chip?

All I get is a window the pops up after selecting a ISO and choosing Boot CDVD (full) that is just black, but it still calculates the fps.

I think it would run at 1.66 GHz but the emulation will suck. I recommend ZeroGS 97.1 as the video plugin. Its the fastest unlike GSDX which is very slow.

I used ZeroGs 97.1 as the video plugin but I still get a black screen when I boot the game ISO.

Two questions:

1) Is that ISO legit? And if not, somebody probably didn't dump the ISO properly
2) Did you try another ISO?

Try following my old pcsx2 video here, its not really a tutorial but me showing a little bit of settings.

I torrented a collection of Kingdom hearts games from Demonoind, I was accessing the ISOs from from my Time capsule so maybe it does not like me running the ISOs from a external device.

I run my ISO from an external drive as well. You just have to make sure you select it in the pcsx2 settings the gui menu thingy and not the plugin.

alright, i used the newer PCSX one and i can not use any keys. i boot up SSX Tricky, there are flashy boxes at start but not too annoying. when i change the settings, it just doesnt stick. then when i go back to reconfigure, it says that the Pad settings fail. i have switched to the other ones but no luck
