Seems to be a confirmed date for Splinter Cell Conviction for Mac!  :D
Look here: http://www.insidemac...ry.php?ID=19569
There will still save online ... or as he said that Ubisoft now on its games no longer have the DRM ??... we'll see!

I'm sensing that it's going to be crappy port like AC2, at least for notebooks!  :(

Yeah the GPU side of the requirements seem higher than AC2's. And go figure, that's where the gaming bottleneck is on MacBooks :/
It's a closed level game though so that can kind of help with performance vs. AC2's open world play.

I am not surprised about these requirements.
The windows version of Splinter Cell Conviction is a crappy console port and runs like sh*t. So the Mac Version will be completely unplayable except you own a Mac Pro  :P

Nah, it's Ubisoft that does the port.

I just remembered the weirdest glitch happened on Chaos Theory. I knifed a guy and his flashlight was spinning on the ground in different directions for the longest time. Good times...

On my iMac (look in signature for specs) the game works really well with almost everything on the highest option. It's a fun game and really good staged.
