I did it : got myself into a comfortable position after making sur I had the time to do it, went to the page and closed my eyes (very important, I think). I finallay opened them at 10 seconds from the end, closed them again for a while. I do feel relaxed now.

Succeed at first time! (relaxing is my favourite activity, I'm kinda a pro)
This is the most useful site I visited ever!
But I must admit that i had that awful sensation of slight anxiety all the time, expecting th screaming zombie...
Does anybody knows other sites with relaxing pratices?

but perhaps it can help to realize what is essential in life. doing nothing is not wasted time. doing stupid things is wasted time. doing nothing can help to realize what is essential. this time can be more worthfull spent than doing meaningless things.
