Hello, what is "Epsilon" for float search ? How to use it ?

we need more context to answer the question correctly....I believe epsillon is a greek or roman letter....not sure what you mean by floating search and if you're asking how to search the forums then move your cursor to the top right hand corner that has the search box. Click the white text area and type in what it is you're searching for. Click the greyed area to the right of the white text area to select what part of the site you would like to search in.

Epsilons are used for dealing with rounding errors caused by floating points. For example, an epsilon of 0.1 will find all values in the range [value-0.1, value+0.1]. In a program, it's possible that a floating point calculation such as 1.0 - 0.8 may result in something like 0.19999999999999996, which is not quite the same as 0.2.
