I am using port Command Conquer Tiberian Sun the game starts up normally wineskinu to the limited range of resolution.
The game is not moving smoothly even if the mouse-but unless they start to move (lags)
Does anyone have a proven recipe to solve this?

It must be pretty old since the 1.4 build of Wine has an implementation for the DIB engine included which should prevent these DirectDraw related performance bugs from happening.
If you're on an nVidia Mac you might also try adding:
[Software\\Wine\\Direct3D] 1277303423 "DirectDrawRenderer"="opengl"
to the user.reg file in Wineskin.app/Contents/resources/

- Pentium 166 MHz
- 32 MiB RAM
- Windows 98 / NT 4.0 SP6a
- DirectX 6.1
- SVGA 2 MiB video card
- 640×480 16-bit high-color monitor display
- 16-bit sound card
- 4× CD-ROM drive
- 200 MiB hard disk space
Similar pores of the game in which the editor claims to have no problem going the same defect.
Tested on iMac 2011 and 2011 MBP also without result, the mouse still does delay animation and cutting video games.
Wine version is 1.4.Když I port the State of War (Czech SCiFi strategy) I had the same problem, fortunately I managed to disable the hardware in silicon kurzor.V CC I never found such a possibility
