Since I started using Maverick, when ever I try to launch the Wrapper (or launch the wineskin app inside the wrapper) I get an error saying "wineskin name" is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash, and then I have an option to cancel or move to trash. This only happens when downloading new wrappers, not with wrappers I already had.

It depends on where you got the wrapper. We don't as a rule help with wrappers obtained from illegal sources, as there is anyway no telling what is in them. But it is possible that the wrapper is damaged. Alternatively, your permissions may be messed up.

Yeah, all were downloaded from here, wrappers I make do not have this problem.

you can always use the WineskinLauncher and WineskinX11 executables in the Contents > Mac OS folder. Maybe the Terminal output will give you a better idea of what's happening.
I also saw this on doc's newest port. Not sure if it might help your issue or not.

Will report after installing newer Quartz version.

Quartz does nothing and using the terminal for WineskinLauncher and Wineskin11 shows nothing, the problem just seems to be that my computer does not see the wrapper as being functional..

As an example, I downloaded the newest tomb Raider wrapper, placed the game data into the wrapper, set the execution path, and attempted to launch the wrapper, and get this error window: http://s12.postimg.o..._8_54_16_PM.png

Is this not, just because gatekeeper is on?

This damaged application error has also happened with the Dark Souls Wrapper as well.

hahahaha...no worries bud, I didn't suggest gatekeeper because the Mountain Lion message states that the application is from an untrusted source and will not open. I guess we know now what apple thinks of non authorized apps...bunch of guppies....hahahaha
Glad it was an easy fix
