I know how how blinxfrost would code.

new var poop : bool;
new var stuff : float;
new var crap : float; // LOL floating poop
function main () {
	If (poop) {
		crap = stuff;

Something like that ^

#75893 The Walking Dead Episode 1 Out In April!

Posted ValkTuna on 24 March 2012 - 04:17 AM

As some of you may know the comic-book series, The Walking Dead, will be having a videogame release!
The game, made by Telltale Games, will be released in a series of five episodes, and the first episode will be released this April!

I, for one, am especially excited about this game, because I have had much interest in TWD and also there will be a Mac release for this game! :D
Telltale Games is known for its games such as Sam And Max, Back To The Future and Jurassic Park, though I have only played JP.

The design of the game also revolves around a style of graphics like The Darkness II and also Borderlands. Suits the game.
There's also a chance to appear in the game yourself, but you have to be 18 years of age and I am not of that age yet.
Telltale Games is currently accepting pre-orders, so it looks like this game is a go!

More on the official website here:

The official trailer:

PS. There seems to be something wrong with the audio for the trailer above, don't turn your volume too high when nearing the end of the trailer or the gunfire will stutter and sound jerky at the end of the video.

Genocide, murder, and hatred of homosexuals are all justified in various passages of the bible, however most Christians I've met choose to focus more on the positive messages of tolerance, love, and kindness found in the book. Therefore, wouldn't it be fair to say that morality is subjective to believers as well?
please show us where... I hear people spout off stuff like that all the time, but rarely have the people actually searched the Bible themselves.  There are times (before CHrist and Christianity) where the church it was founded through did some stuff like that... yes, but that is not part of Christianity.  Its only subjective in the sense that many people who aren't believers, or who are "believers" (even though they really aren't) have no idea what the Bible says.

I could also bring up the recent conservative Christian backlashes against efforts to separate church and state (Jessica Ahlquist, 9/11 cross, etc.) where a plethora of professed believers openly called for the death and torture of atheists in comments on facebook and twitter. They had religion, one that supposedly centers around a 'prince of peace', yet they cried for blood when people dared to challenge the preferential treatment of their beliefs by the state. To me this is evidence that good people will do good and bad people will do bad, regardless of religion.
like has already been pointed out in this thread... just because someone is a Christian doesn't mean they are perfect... and not everyone who claims to be one, or uses the name for their own purposes, are really a Christian.  Plus on the internet people really like spouting off crap just to try and make others mad.

As a secular humanist, I would define something 'good' as something that creates happiness and/or improves society as a whole, and something 'bad' as something that does the opposite. To define 'absolute good' as the 'law of God' would be to say that wearing clothes made of both wool and linnen is morally wrong (Deuteronomy 22:11), a statement I'm sure everyone here can agree is absurd. :)
worrying about ancient Jewish traditions and law has nothing to do with Christianity.  Just because something was done in the old testament, doesn't mean it still applies... its a book of history as well.

Edit: To respond to the OP, life has only the meaning you choose to give it. Think about this: If you died in a freak accident tomorrow, would be satisfied with your life's accomplishments? Or is there something you want to do before you die? A mark you want to leave on the world? A dream you wanted to live? Think about it. ;)
That is actually the power of Satan in the world to try and mislead people.  He has an easy job... its so easy to confuse people... make them happy where they think its all about them, and his job is done.... or a multitude of many other things.  People are so easily led the wrong ways and made to feel good about it... at least temporarily.
